Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Wake up early! without Alarm! It seems impossible but let us make it easy. One can make their mornings earlier than before that too with complete good sleep. And making it as their one of the best healthy habits. So let’s move ahead!
Somewhere while on google I read the importance of waking up early and then from that day decided to wake up early. It was a big challenge for me but somehow I have managed it well. I just followed some steps or some kind of typical procedures.
Yes, it seems hard at first, but make it your habit and then see nothing is hard to achieve. I wanted to wake up early in the morning because you may also know that many successful people in the world were early risers.
Nowadays many of us suffer from insomnia. Insomnia is lack of sleep or staying awake till late night. Insomnia can be due to high work stress, relationship stress, illness or pain, loss of business. The constant stress gives a rise to worries and over thinking.
Comfortable sleep environment and relaxing bedtime routine, are the two powerful weapons and can make big difference in improving good sleep at night.
I’m going to share with you tips that will help you to wake up early.
And definitely, I would suggest making it as your habit, for more effective results.
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark & cool.
Keep your bedroom quite if possible. Turn off lights, i.e. make your room dark. And room must not be too hot or too cold, you should keep it warm so that it will help you to sleep.
Stick to a regular sleep plan.
Keep a habit of going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends. I think this is the best habit that will wake you up early and also keep you healthier, fit and fine. Once you get habitual to this you won’t need an alarm.
Try to wake up just One Minute earlier (Each Day)
As you started getting up at the same time every day, add a slight twist in that, and wake up one minute earlier.
Turn off all screens before bed.
Turn off the electronic devices which emit blue radiations, those not good for our health. Instead of watching t.v, spending time on your phone, laptop, choose another relaxing activity such as reading a book or listening to soft songs.
Avoid stressful situations before bedtime.
Checking up messages on social media or argument with your spouse or family or else catching a work, avoid this until morning.
Fall back Asleep.

Try to encourage yourself to get up early in the morning. Give a reason to wake up early in morning. If it’s something exciting that’s great. As you are excited about the first thing to do, which means a lot to you, you wake up on time without hitting alarm on snooze.
